This piece began as a blank canvas; I set it up, stepped outside, and meditated to the sound of skates carving ice. The rhythm of the blades, the breath of the cold air, and the ecstatic energy of the players painted each layer into my mind. I returned to the board and let that vision guide my hands — bold strokes, layered textures, and a palette that channels frozen light and high-energy motion.

This snowboard is primarily an art piece meant to hang and inspire, but for those who want to ride it, we can make it fully rideable for an additional $80. Every detail was created in real time during the Colorado Pond Hockey event, so the piece carries the immediacy and raw joy of creation - it’s alive with the moment it was born.
